Customer Support Specialist, Italian-Speaking

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

Team: Product Experts (Klaviyo)

At Klaviyo, we value diverse backgrounds and perspectives. We are creating our Dublin PE team to provide exceptional support to our customers with high-quality product knowledge and communication. We are looking for Italian-speaking Product Experts who are passionate about helping our EMEA customers scale their businesses with Klaviyo.

Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
  • Provide high-quality product support for Klaviyo customers, resolving issues through email and live chat
  • Communicate clearly to answer questions for both technical and non-technical end users while supporting a range of technologies
  • Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated customer complaints using established processes
  • Provide support and guidance on non-technical questions (e.g., marketing, sales, ecommerce setup)
  • Communicate thoughtfully and effectively with all Klaviyo customers
  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
QualificationsMust-Haves
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role where you've troubleshooted and resolved software/SaaS issues
  • Excellent communication: clear, empathetic, and able to explain technical concepts simply
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with defined metrics and KPIs
  • Flexible to work varied shifts (e.g., 8:00–16:00 or 10:00–18:00 alongside standard 9:00–17:00)
  • Collaborative mindset; enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting teammates
  • Proactive and positive; self-motivated and adaptable
  • Full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or networking basics
  • Background in MarTech SaaS, email deliverability, or ecommerce platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, G-Suite, or similar
  • Klaviyo Product Certification (can be achieved after joining)
Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Range in Local Currency: €40,000—€60,000 EUR

Our total compensation may include annual cash bonus, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits. See Klaviyo Rewards - Global Benefits for details on our Total Rewards package.
