Customer Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer success with our products.

About the Job
  • You will work closely with customers daily to resolve their queries and provide support via live chat and email.
  • Typing work based on customer requests will comprise approximately 90% of your role, where you will respond promptly and professionally.
  • You will have opportunities to learn about new product features and improvements related to our platform.
  • You will identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues as needed.
Requirements
  • You must possess fluency in both spoken and written English and Italian languages.
  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role (retail, hospitality, online support) is essential.
  • You should possess expertise in written communication and be able to identify spelling and grammar errors.
  • A reliable home workspace with consistent WiFi and minimal distractions is necessary for success.

  • Work closely with customers to resolve queries and provide support.
