Remote French Customer Care Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our client care team as a remote-based customer support specialist in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional consultative services to valued clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.

- Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1).
- Experience in customer-facing roles or technical support environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
