  • Location – Dublin with x2 days a week in the office
  • Salary - €85-90k base plus bonus
  • The business – a multinational in the FMCG space

A rare opportunity to join a multinational with a local, tight-knit team. You will lead a small finance team who run the accounting for a number of entities across multiple regions. You will provide the direction to the team and manage the delivery of reporting and driving improvements where possible. It's a business that provides great progression within a high performing team and culture, where everyone genuinely get's along.

Main Responsibilities of the role will include will include:

  • Owning the financial management and oversight of multiple entities.
  • Reviewing the work of team members and ensuring accuracy and delivery of reports in a timely manner. Show good leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Partner with managers in the team to ensure the overall function is operating to a high standard.
  • Maintain a strong control environment over all finance-related activities, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.

You will have:

  • an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with ideally 5+ year's PQE experience. Industry experience is advantageous.
  • Experience managing small teams and passionate about coaching and mentoring other team members.
  • A strong eye for detail to review reports and ensure accuracy of output from the team
