Bioprocess Development Scientist

Join a dynamic and collaborative biologics team dedicated to advancing bioprocess development and accelerating life-changing medicines. My client works across diverse therapeutic areas, from oncolytic vaccines to rare genetic diseases, in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the technical execution of downstream bioprocess development projects.
- Operate within GLP standards in an R&D laboratory.
- Develop and scale biopharmaceutical processes from lab to pilot and GMP manufacturing.
- Drive innovation by introducing new techniques, methods, and process improvements.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and support client discussions.
- Maintain and optimise lab equipment and critical processes.
- PhD: 5+ years | MSc: 7+ years | BSc/BE
- 10+ years in downstream process development
- Expertise in AKTA Chromatography and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF).
- Hands-on experience in process design, development, characterization, or MS&T.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional team.
- Experience with multiple therapeutic modalities.
