Registered Veterinary Nurse

Salary up to €35,000 pro rata plus benefits

Auburn Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Registered Veterinary nurse to complete the team. This is a part time role working 3 days per week plus 1:2 Saturdays. This is a varied nursing position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include inpatient care, anaesthesia, assisting in theatre, nurse consults, preparing kits, and delivering exceptional client communication. This role would suit an experienced Veterinary Nurse however support and development may be available for recent graduates.

Our friendly practice is made up of 4 full-time Veterinary Surgeons, 2 part-time Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Veterinary Nurses and 3 support staff. We are proud of our cohesive and well-established team. Auburn Veterinary Hospital is a busy mixed practice located in Mullingar. We are located about 45 minutes from Dublin in the heart of the midlands, and accessible by public transport routes. Mullingar is a hub of bustling activities with many varieties of sporting clubs from cycling, triathlon, GAA, rugby and more. Our canal is a hotspot for exciting water sports, walking and cycling routes. In the town itself you can find plenty of amazing cafes, restaurants and pubs for an engaging social life.
