  • The role can be tailored to the prospect's previous experience, availability and future goals.
  • Our company offers a range of services including residential lettings and management, Block management, sales and valuations.
Qualifications
  • Current PSRA license Category C & D
  • Own car and full driving license
  • Experience of using a CRM such as LetMan/ BlockMan
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Be self-motivated, goal driven, able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to act on own initiative, and cover other positions when required
  • Team player
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Previous Block Management experience is a bonus
