Azets are seeking to add a number of graduates to join the firm in the Audit & Assurance Department as part of the September 2025 intake in our brand-new offices located on Mespil Road, Dublin 4.

Azets Academy - Graduate Programme

Azets Ireland are excited to announce the launch of our new Azets Academy. As a graduate, the Academy will offer you a state of the art, 3 ½ year training programme to learn, grow and develop. Our graduates have first-hand access to our partners and senior management, backing your ambition on your journey to becoming a fully qualified accountant. The Academy will also offer international travel, granting you access to develop and network around our different offices across Europe.

The Role

As part of your role as an Associate Graduate Trainee, you will be working with as part of a knowledgeable and experienced team to learn everything possible in the world of accounting. You will be supported in your development and will be encouraged to expand your experience as much as possible.

Key Requirements

Have the right to work in Ireland from your start date
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or related discipline
Be on track to achieve or have already achieved a minimum 2:1 in your undergraduate degree
Minimum 450 points in your Leaving Cert or equivalent
