Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic, commercially-minded Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and integrate our marketing, growth, and commercial functions. This hybrid role requires someone who excels at brand building, revenue generation, and managing partner relationships, shaping go-to-market strategies across multiple brands and verticals.

The CCO will oversee revenue-driving activities including marketing, sales/partnerships, customer acquisition, martech, and market positioning. They will work closely with General Managers and cross-functional teams to support sustainable growth and enhance long-term brand equity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial strategy across all business verticals (e.g., crypto & iGaming).
  • Define monetization opportunities and revenue models for new and existing products/brands.
  • Identify strategic partnerships, commercial deals, and expansion channels.
  • Collaborate with VP of Commercial, Revenue Operations, and Finance to set revenue growth targets (NDCs, GGR, CAC), develop forecasting models aligned with commercial strategy, and monitor performance.

Marketing Leadership

  • Oversee the marketing function and guide brand-aligned teams.
  • Drive brand positioning, messaging, and demand generation efforts.
  • Align content, performance, and acquisition strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Build frameworks to scale reach, reputation, and conversions across channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support launches and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with GMs and Product teams.
  • Coordinate efforts among the Commercial team, Marketing Director, and VP of Revenue to ensure aligned execution.
  • Set strategies and frameworks for commercial performance while empowering GMs with autonomy within established guardrails.

Revenue Enablement & Partner Relations

  • Structure and negotiate partnership models (referrals, revenue share, syndication, etc.).
  • Support partner success through appropriate product, content, and performance support.
  • Define commercial KPIs and oversee reporting dashboards.

  • A unified commercial and marketing roadmap supporting individual ventures.
  • Clear revenue models and monetization pathways for existing and new assets.
  • Enhanced visibility, performance, and positioning in high-intent channels.
  • Scalable marketing systems that support both brand-building and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Experience in the iGaming industry, Crypto, or both.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong background in performance marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations.
  • Deep industry experience in Crypto or iGaming, preferably both.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, especially in early-stage roles.
  • Analytically oriented, with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Skilled stakeholder manager, capable of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborative leader who can unlock growth across ventures.
