We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded Prestigious Law Firm in Dublin, who is seeking a Construction Solicitor (NQ-4 years' PQE) to join their well-established team. The Role

  • Advising clients on a range of construction law matters, including contract drafting, risk management, and dispute resolution.

  • Handling contentious and non-contentious work, including construction litigation, adjudications, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

  • Working with developers, contractors, and public sector clients on high-value infrastructure and construction projects.

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, and warranties.

  • Providing legal support on project delivery and regulatory compliance.

The Person

  • NQ-4 years' PQE with experience in construction law from a well-regarded firm.

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction contracts, adjudication, and dispute resolution.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • A commercial mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

  • A proactive approach to professional development and team collaboration.
