We are currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie who is an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the team at Six by Nico. The role offers continual development due to our unique concept, with menus changing regularly to expose you to different cooking styles.

Responsibilities
  • Be able to take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring a high level of food safety is maintained
  • Be responsible for running a section during the day-to-day service; sections will alternate for personal development
  • Have a good knowledge & understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety
  • Be committed to delivering first-class service
  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask
  • Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
