The Airport Invoice Authoriser will work in a busy and demanding team environment within Ryanair's Finance function. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside the Finance team and is a great first step for a future career in Ryanair or for someone looking to move into the finance sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Airport contracts within the contract maintenance system
  • Authorising Airport invoices with responsibility over a portfolio of airports
  • Processing invoice authorisations to meet weekly/monthly payment cycles
  • Conducting monthly reconciliations
  • Reviewing and analysing Airport costs for budgeting and forecasting
  • Resolving payment queries with suppliers
  • Performing ad-hoc duties and projects

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, interpretative, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated, flexible, dynamic, with good communication skills. Ability to work well in a team is essential.
