About the Opportunity

Dairygold Agri-Business Division are pleased to invite applications from suitably qualified persons who will thrive in the role of Webstore Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate will be based in Raheen Co-op Superstores Co. Limerick, reporting to the Retail Operations Manager.

What you will bring to Dairygold

  • Demonstrated experience in a modern webstore-based environment with an understanding of customer expectations.
  • Direct supervision and ability to be hands-on in the selection, preparation, and shipment of orders.
  • Expertise and experience in the use and operation of CORE systems and other related systems.
  • Proven customer service experience with the ability to remedy customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing webstore returns while identifying areas for enhancement.
  • IT proficiency and skilled in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others at all levels in the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through teamwork; results-oriented with a proven record of achievement.
  • A positive, can-do, resilient, and flexible attitude.
  • Proven attention to detail.
  • Flexible and resilient approach, problem-solver with a can-do attitude and the capability to effectively challenge the status quo.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfilment: Manage the day-to-day operation of picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
  • Systems: Ensure that the CMS system is always up to date with valid information, so it can be accessed by all users.
  • Customer Service: Manage customer complaints and queries in an efficient and proactive manner.
  • Returns: Assist and manage the webstore returns while identifying areas for enhancement.
  • People Management: Manage the webstore warehouse team and ensure they are assigned to key service areas.
  • Relationship with Logistic Partners: Negotiate best market rates to ensure timely collections and efficient packing of orders for delivery.
