About the Opportunity

Dairygold Agri-Business Division are pleased to invite applications from suitably qualified persons who will thrive in the role of Webstore Warehouse Operative.

The successful candidate will be based in Raheen Co-op Superstores Co. Limerick. Reporting to the Webstore Warehouse Manager.

What you will bring to Dairygold

  • Demonstrated experience gained in a modern webstore-based environment with an understanding of customer expectations.
  • Show direct supervision and ability to be hands on in the selection, preparation, and shipment of orders.
  • Possess experience in use of handheld and other related systems.
  • Proven Customer service experience with an ability to remedy customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to be flexible when the occasion demands it.
  • IT proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
  • Strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do, resilient and flexible attitude.
  • Proven attention to detail for completing necessary paperwork and checklists, actively monitoring the process and responding proactively to any issues that arise.
  • Flexible and resilient approach, problem-solver with a can-do attitude and the capability to effectively challenge the status quo.
  • The ability to deliver to high standards and tight deadlines.
  • Perform general duties as assigned by the Webstore Warehouse Manager and Site Manager.

These are the core responsibilities associated with this role:

  • Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing and dispatching orders.
  • Systems: Ensure that the CMS system is always up to date with valid information, so it can be accessed by all users. Use of handheld to scan out products.
  • Customer Service: Dealing with customer communications or queries through email or phone in an efficient and proactive manner. Delivering best in class service to customers.
  • Returns: Assist and manage the webstore returns, while identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Relationship with Logistic Partners: Communication with logistic partners to ensure timely collections and efficient packing of orders for delivery.
  • Health and Safety: Ensuring a safe workplace. Adherence to all Society policies and procedures, Health and Safety procedures and reporting of any hazards to your manager.
  • Stock Control: Participating in regular stock taking including daily cycle counting and stock counts.
