Title: Payroll Administrator

Contract length - 11 months

Location: Cork

15 Euros per hour .

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Payroll Assistant to join our team. No previous payroll experience is needed as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and enjoys working with numbers and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the payroll team in processing employee payments accurately and on time
  • Help maintain payroll records and update employee information
  • Assist with data entry and checking timesheets or attendance records
  • Respond to basic payroll queries from staff and escalate when needed
  • Learn and follow company procedures and legal requirements related to payroll
  • Help with with reporting and other admin tasks as needed

  • Strong attention to detail, you double-check your work
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, email)
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
