Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll using Sage Payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process weekly payroll using Sage Payroll software
• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, depot managers, and accountants
• Post weekly payroll journal entries to the accounting system
• Prepare weekly payroll reports for management
• Support the Accounts Payable team with occasional ad hoc tasks
• Manage the payroll exit process for departing employees

Requirements:
• IPASS qualification or 23 years experience managing payroll for a high-volume workforce
• Experience with Sage Payroll is advantageous
