Treasury Analyst (A&L Focus)

Location: Dublin (hybrid)

Duration: Initial 6-month contract, potential to extend

Rate: Competitive daily rate (DOE)

We're working with a leading financial institution to hire a Contract Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Analyst for an exciting day-rate opportunity based in Dublin. In this role, you'll be a key part of the Treasury function, supporting day-to-day asset and liability management activities, managing FX exposures, and playing an active role in risk reporting and ALM governance. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll contribute to regulatory support, process improvements, and key treasury committee work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day FX position management and execution of trades
  • Support ALM operations across balance sheet management and liquidity
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly ALM Committee reporting packs
  • Serve as secretary for the ALM Committee meetings
  • Respond to regulatory requests related to treasury functions
  • Contribute to process improvements and procedure documentation within a controls-focused environment

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Treasury or ALM role
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills – accuracy and attention to detail are essential
  • Familiarity with internal controls or regulated environments is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Degree qualified or equivalent practical experience
