About The Role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret you'll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun. Here's what you can expect:

  • Customer Service - delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect product and assisting with purchases at the till
  • Brand Bra Experience - providing our brand bra fitting experience and expert advice on size and styles
  • Visual Merchandising - owning merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need
  • Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures
Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey
  • Assist with bra fittings and product knowledge to support customers' needs
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Support stock handling, deliveries, and stock replenishment; follow loss prevention and safety procedures
About You
  • Passion for retail and creating a unique customer experience
  • Willingness to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Ability to build valued relationships with team members and customers
  • Team player who is flexible and supportive
  • Thrives in a busy environment and can switch between tasks
