Responsibilities
  • Lead exceptional events, from beautiful weddings to corporate conferences
  • Develop your managerial skills with the support of an experienced senior team
  • Be part of a collaborative, friendly, and ambitious environment
  • Grow your skills in event operations, team leadership, sales, and service excellence
  • Oversee the smooth running of all conferences, weddings, and events - hands-on and at the heart of the action
  • Motivate, develop, and lead a passionate events team
  • Liaise with couples and event organisers to bring their vision to life
  • Work closely with the senior team to grow and develop our product offering
  • Help shape the future of The Inn at Dromoland\'s events business
What We\'re Looking For
  • Experience in hospitality or event operations at supervisory or management level
  • 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management/Supervision
  • Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to delivering high standards
  • A passion for guest experience and creating memorable events
  • Aim to develop your career within a supportive and professional team
