Salary: €60,000€70,000 OTE (Attractive Base + Uncapped Commission)

Were currently seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Representing a wide range of leading automotive brands, youll help customers find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle while delivering a top-tier customer experience from first enquiry to final handshake.

What Youll Do

Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
Conduct test drives and confidently present vehicle features and benefits
Manage leads, follow-ups, and convert enquiries into sales
Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
Work as part of a high-performing sales team under the guidance of a Sales Manager
Upsell relevant products and services (finance, warranties, etc.)

What You Bring

Proven sales experience (motor trade background a strong advantage)
Target-driven mindset with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding KPIs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and follow our strategic sales approach
Customer-first attitude with a professional and approachable manner
Full, clean driving licence essential
