Associate Architect Job in Galway, Ireland

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, residential and workplace
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and design leadership throughout all RIBA stages
  • Oversee project delivery using Revit (essential), with experience in BIM Level 2 workflows
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple projects
  • Contribute to strategic practice development and team growth
  • Support junior staff development and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years' post-qualification experience
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in Ireland or the UK
  • Strong technical and design expertise, with site experience essential
  • Proficient in Revit – this is a must-have
  • Excellent team leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with good client-facing experience
  • Ambitious, motivated, and eager to take the next step in their career
  • Eligible to work in Ireland, with a full driving licence.
