Role: IT Senior Supply Chain Solution Analyst

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Employment Type: Permanent

What You'll Do
  • As an IT Supply Chain Solution Analyst, you'll work closely with different teams and partners to make sure supply chain projects run smoothly. Your main tool will be Kinaxis Rapid Response, and you'll help improve how the supply chain works from start to finish.
  • Work together with team members from different departments and outside vendors to deliver projects successfully.
  • Study current business processes and systems to find ways to improve them.
  • Lead the connection and integration of supply chain tools and systems (like ERP and planning software).
  • Suggest and set up better methods to make work more efficient.
  • Use tools like Azure and Data Sphere to analyze supply chain data.
  • Create and use strategies to make supply chain processes better with data analysis.
  • Test and check systems to make sure they work well.
  • Provide helpful, data-based advice to support business decisions.
  • Make sure your work follows all industry rules and standards.
  • Lead and track supply chain-related projects from start to finish.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff, and keep up with supply chain industry trends.
Skills & Experience Needed

We're looking for someone who has:

  • At least 6 years of experience in similar supply chain roles.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Strong background in supply chain management, business analysis, and project management.
  • Good analytical skills and experience handling data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge about supply chain planning systems and best practices.
  • Skilled at integrating systems and planning demand and supply.
  • Great problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Able to work well with people from different teams.
  • (Bonus) Experience with change management or system security
