Supply Chain Optimization Analyst

The Supply Chain Solution Analyst plays a pivotal role in facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects. To achieve this, they leverage effective project management methodologies and stakeholder engagement techniques.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success.
  • Conduct comprehensive business process analysis, system evaluation, and requirements assessment to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead systems integration initiatives with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, demand planning, statistical forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP workstreams for Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
  • Manage analytics using Azure and Data Sphere platforms to provide actionable insights.
  • Design and execute data analytics strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Ensure quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Support informed decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
  • Comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee supply chain projects from planning to execution and monitoring.
  • Mentor junior team members and stay current with industry trends to continually enhance best practices.
