Relief Support Worker - Louth Area, Louth

You don't need any previous experience to become a support worker with Sense. We'll provide full training for our part-time and full-time roles.

Sense has opportunities for Relief Support Workers in the Louth area. If you live outside of Louth, you will need your own vehicle to travel to and from the service for early/late shifts due to limited public transport.

This is a casual role with flexible hours. We work across the week, offering part-time, full-time, and relief/bank contracts. The pay rate is £11.75 per hour.

The work involves varied shifts, including sleep-ins, weekends, evenings, and days. We seek individuals who value flexibility but can commit and share our values—a great opportunity for those interested in entering the care sector

At Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the lives they choose. Your role will be to empower the individuals you support to achieve independence.

The duties in the Louth area include:

  • Supporting individuals/groups within the home, center, and community.
  • Providing a responsive, high-quality service to people with sensory impairments, physical, and/or learning disabilities.
  • Delivering services that meet or exceed organizational standards.
