The Role:Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, the candidate will maintain accurate financial records, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities include:- Preparing and filing financial documents
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling company accounts
- Providing general administrative support, including scheduling, answering phones, and correspondence
- Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Supporting report, presentation, and documentation preparation
- Coordinating with external vendors
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is a 12-month fixed-term hybrid contract based in Ennis, Co. Clare, with a salary in the €30K - €35K range, depending on experience (pro-rata).
Working hours are 8:45 am – 5 pm, three days per week: one in Ennis and two remote.
