Health, Safety & Environmental Officer Excellent opportunity for a Health, Safety & Environmental Officer to join a thriving and well-established company in Co. Clare This is a varied role and the Health, Safety and Environmental Officer will be responsible for improving and maintaining Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality records ensuring efficient and timely circulation of Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality alerts, meetings minutes, bulletins, Risk Assessments, Accident investigation, Risk Assessments and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Proactive management of all required HSE & Quality administrative functions. Assist with the development, updating and issuing of our Client's HSE & Quality information & records Coordinating documentation change control procedure Responsibility for the administrative maintenance of our Client's Training Programme and Preventative Maintenance Programme. Carry out risk assessments Carry out induction and training for new employees and visitors Carry out internal Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality audits Publish quarterly Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality KPIs Maintain ADR/CVRT's for vehicles, routinely download driver data and maintain records on 12 weekly inspections Maintain records and train drivers on driver programmes Key Requirements: Degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant role Experience of implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Excellent Communication & team working skills with peers Excellent organisational skills and ability to organise workload. Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Skills: health & safety environmental ISO 9001 ISO 1400 ISO 45001
