We currently employ over 500 people across our Head Office and retail stores with 40 branches nationwide. Our central warehouse, buying offices, dispatch center and e-commerce operations are all conducted from our home on the Lodge Road, Westport, Co. Mayo. With buying offices also located in Ennis, and Dublin. Carraig Donn is continuing to grow year on year, with an exciting 10-year expansion plan.

We currently have an opportunity for a Fashion Department Manager to join our team in the Crescent S/C store in Limerick.

• Be a key driver in delivering excellent customer service in store, leading by example at all times.
  
• Actively support the Store Manager in maximising store sales and achieving various store KPI's.
  
• Display a keen eye for detail and consistently deliver excellent in-store standards.
  
• Ensure products are correctly received and placed on the salesfloor in a timely manner and complying with the merchandising guidelines.
  
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures and support the Store Manager in delivery of same.
  
• Action merchandising campaigns, promotional activities, delivery schedules and various back office duties within required timeframes using a pro-active approach.
  
• Be a team player but also display strong leadership skills, coaching and developing the team to meet the objectives.
  
• Previous retail management experience is essential; experience with giftware is an advantage.
  
• Must be available to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
