  • Lead Qualification: Own the inbound lead process to ensure timely personalized engagement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trust & loyalty by liaising with SPs & clients, handle their concerns, and promote retention and expansion.
  • Knowledge Expert: Become a trusted advisor by supporting the sales team, clients & SPs with relevant sales resources such as case studies, video testimonials, and industry updates.
  • CRM Hygiene - Salesforce: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all customer account details, including opportunities, commitments, key discussions, and records of visits or calls.
  • Assist with RFI's, RFP's, and sales proposal processes.
  • Planning: Assist senior salespeople in creating sales plans to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Reporting: Maintain and interpret Power BI and Salesforce reports.
  • Forecasting: Assist with weekly sales forecasts.
  • Market: Regularly enhance industry knowledge and insights into best practices and trends.
  • Sales SLA's: Ensure timely delivery of services and handle related issues.
  • Demonstrations: Support the process with pre-sales engineers in demos.
  • Team Engagement: Share ideas proactively to improve sales processes and team effectiveness.

About the Role – Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Own the inbound lead process for timely engagement.

  • Knowledge Expert: Support sales team and clients with relevant resources.
  • Sales Support: Maintain CRM hygiene, assist with RFIs/RFPs, and help create sales plans.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Manage reports and assist with sales forecasts.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure timely service delivery and handle issues.
  • Demonstrations & Teamwork: Support demos and share ideas for process improvement.

About You – Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in SaaS or tech (beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Experience with ECM systems.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with CPQ systems is a plus.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and French (C2 level).
  • Availability to work 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM GMT.
