Tasks include:
- Plan and execute a diverse range of events and clubs with professionalism, efficiency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with event partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage end-to-end registration processes for all activities.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future initiatives.
- Provide administrative, project management, and financial support for employee-led clubs and social teams.
- Oversee budget reconciliation and expense tracking in partnership with finance.
- Enhance the existing program to boost engagement and strengthen employee community.
- Promote events to maximize attendance and participation.
Requirements
- Skilled program manager with a strong track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional administrative, organizational, and project management abilities, ensuring compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, online registration systems, and social media platforms.
- Experience in developing and managing SharePoint sites or similar tools.
- Strong design skills with the ability to create impactful visual communications.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
