Tasks include:

  • Plan and execute a diverse range of events and clubs with professionalism, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with event partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage end-to-end registration processes for all activities.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future initiatives.
  • Provide administrative, project management, and financial support for employee-led clubs and social teams.
  • Oversee budget reconciliation and expense tracking in partnership with finance.
  • Enhance the existing program to boost engagement and strengthen employee community.
  • Promote events to maximize attendance and participation.

Requirements

  • Skilled program manager with a strong track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional administrative, organizational, and project management abilities, ensuring compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, online registration systems, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in developing and managing SharePoint sites or similar tools.
  • Strong design skills with the ability to create impactful visual communications.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
