Overview

As a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret you'll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are connected through delivering the very best customer experience.

Shifts

9.25 hrs p/w; Sun 12:30 - 18:00; Sat 09:00 - 13:00

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service - deliver an exceptional customer experience, help customers find the perfect product, and assist with completing purchases at the till
  • Brand Bra Experience - provide our brand bra fitting experience with expert advice on size and suitable styles
  • Visual Merchandising - own the merchandising and presentation of products, help customers find items and highlight options they may not have considered
  • Store Standards - maintain store standards front and back, manage deliveries, replenishment, support loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures

  • Passion for retail and creating unique customer experiences
  • Desire to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Ability to build valued relationships with team and customers
  • Team player who is flexible, supportive and contributes to a positive environment
  • Comfort with a busy, fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple tasks
