The Sales Associate is the face of our company to our customers, generating and closing sales by ensuring a great experience in-store.

About the Role
  • Provide personal and positive service to every customer visiting our stores.
  • Maintain full knowledge of our product catalogue and current promotions.
  • Engage with and profile customers to offer the best products for their needs and optimise sales.
  • Contribute to achieving our sustainability goals.
  • Use store tools such as Assisted Selling and radio systems effectively.
  • Ensure store support areas are clean, tidy, and easy to navigate.
  • Replenish stock and maintain shelves to a high standard.
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling.
  • Monitor potential shoplifters and follow security guidelines.
  • Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek improvement opportunities.
  • Operate till and handle financial transactions.
