Festive Retail Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Festive Retail Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining store standards in line with company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of merchandise presentation and visual display standards
  • Process deliveries and ensure stock is accurately received and stored
  • Sustain housekeeping standards at all times
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional activities

As a key member of our retail team, you will work closely with management to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to drive sales growth.

We are looking for an individual who can start by mid-November and commit to flexible working hours. Having technical skills, particularly with smartphones, would be advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing setting is essential
  • Fashion brand knowledge is beneficial
  • Prior sales and retail experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone is required
