Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance with purchases.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Perform heavy lifting tasks, such as moving crates of stock or large items, to ensure adequate inventory levels and proper store organization.

Requirements:

  • Conversational English language level is essential.
  • Proficiency in one of the Eastern European languages (e.g.: Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Croatian, etc.).
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Full flexibility is required, including the availability to work on day shifts: 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday.
