As a Supervising Pharmacist, you will ensure safe and compliant operations aligned with PSI standards, and create a culture of continuous professional development and excellence in customer care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure strict adherence to all PSI and HSE standards and protocols and operate as per the Code of Conduct outlined by PSI
- Supervise and mentor the pharmacy team, supporting professional development
- Deliver exceptional patient care, including consultations and medication reviews
- Ensure full compliance and execution of all established standard operation procedures
- Collaborate with Duty Managers and Operations Manager to drive performance and efficiency
- Manage audits, risk assessments, and safety standards
- Build and nurture relationships within the team and the wider community
- Lead by example, setting professional and ethical standards
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Pharmacist with the PSI in good standing
- Previous experience in a Supervising or Managing Pharmacist role desirable
- Strong knowledge of PSI, HSE, and Irish pharmacy regulations
- A true team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Committed to continuous professional development and operational excellence
- Passionate about patient care, compliance, and community health
