Overview

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: Global Gateway private sector digital infrastructure project delivery advisory services and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this assignment is to provide digital infrastructure promoters comprehensive advisory services to secure and deploy financing from EIB and co-financers for projects contributing to the EC's Global Gateway.

Duration

The intended start date is October 2025, and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Qualifications and skills

Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline (Economics, Law, Finance or Engineering or other relevant field). Master's degree would be an advantage;
  • Fluency in oral and written English;
  • Working knowledge of French will be considered as an asset.
  • 15 years' experience working in the financial industry, working in the consulting/advisory industry or working in finance in the digital/telecom sector.
  • 3 years international experience, including in Saharan Africa;
  • The last 5 years involving debt raise (above EUR 20m) structuring including at least the preparation of information memorandums, financial model and debt structure;
  • 5 years' experience in a management or leadership position.
