What You'll Do

• Set Vision & Strategy: Co-create the roadmap for pricing, packaging, billing, and buying journeys in partnership with PM and engineering peers.
  
• Drive Alignment: Use compelling journey scenarios, flows, and design craft to influence strategy and motivate cross-functional teams.
  
• AI-Enabled Design: Bring AI-first concepts to accelerate outcomes and elevate product experiences.
  
• Collaborate Deeply: Partner with researchers, content designers, and engineers to refine, test, and deliver iterative solutions.
  
• Design with Autonomy: Own your work end-to-end, using our Trellis design system for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
  
• Mentor & Contribute: Support junior designers and help grow HubSpot's UX culture of craft, feedback, and continuous improvement.
