With over twenty-five years of experience, we are well-respected and manage over 390 individual units, and 15 multi-unit developments. Our services include sales, lettings, property management, block management, student accommodation, commercial lettings & sales, and valuations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Property/ Block Manager at Maher Property Advisors in Carlow. The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, handling leases, property management tasks, lease administration, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.

The Candidate must have the following:

  • Current PSRA license– Category C & D
  • Own car and full driving license.
  • Experience of using a CRM such as letman/ blockman
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Be self-motivated, goal driven individual able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act on own initiative, and cover other positions when required
  • Team player
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Previous Block Management experience a bonus

Remuneration: Good basic salary, bonus, travel & mobile phone.21 Days holidays
