Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within our organization, overseeing the daily operations of security.

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the hotel property, guests and employees are protected and secure. As part of this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and address any potential security risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operation of security services to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Oversee access control processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Investigate onsite accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security operations.
  • Manage the Alkimii system, ensuring its effective utilization and maintenance.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members as required.
  • Manage lost and found items, maintaining accurate records.
