Site Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Site Operations Specialist to take on an exciting challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your skills, and advance in your career.

About the Role:
  • Perform site tasks including cube creation, activities logging, and project coordination.
  • Conduct site surveys, set out using a total station, and perform as-built surveys.
  • Install laser and benchmark markers as required.
  • Organize relevant project documents and manage paperwork.
  • Coordinate material submittals, orders, and other project-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of working tasks and progress.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role or field.
  • Relevant Engineering Third-Level Qualification with a focus on operations management.
  • Proficiency in Autocad, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and information exchange.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple functions, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and timely completion of tasks.
