Site Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to coordinate our construction site activities.
- Ensure that all project stakeholders, including foremen and operatives, have access to accurate and comprehensive project information.
- Review drawings, specifications, and other documentation to provide clear guidance on project scope and requirements.
- Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure that all materials meet relevant standards and specifications.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including work schedules, progress reports, and incident logs.
- Develop and implement effective traffic management plans to minimize disruptions to surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of technical submissions and design concepts.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate their activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and submit regular site reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role or as a Site Engineer.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project software.
