We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Lead to play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in our operations.

About the Role

  • Proven experience in managing technical services is essential for this position.

  • An ability to lead a team of technical staff with a hands-on approach.
  • A background in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage technical services site-wide, ensuring high performance, productivity, and compliance.
  • Manage systems such as BMS, Maximo, GMARS, or similar platforms.
  • Ensure consistent GMP compliance and maintain the highest HSE standards.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver projects with strong documentation and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing technical services in a regulated environment.
  • Minimum 2 years in a people management role, leading technical teams.
  • Strong client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable representing the company in meetings, updates, and strategic discussions with clients.
