Technical Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled technical operations professional to lead our site-wide performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure world-class technical standards across all systems
  • Mentor, lead, and inspire a high-performing technical team
  • Manage critical infrastructure including Building Management Systems (BMS) and Maximo platforms
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and champion Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence
  • Drive efficiency through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting, and continuous improvement strategies
  • Deliver key projects and build trusted relationships with clients
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in managing technical services within regulated environments
  • Leadership experience in managing technical teams for at least 2 years
  • Background in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach
