Reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager, the Security Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations of security to protect and secure the hotel property, guests and employees.

Operational responsibilities:

  1. Manages the daily operation of security to achieve or exceed budget expectations.
  2. Overseeing access control processes.
  3. Investigating onsite accidents.
  4. SOP development.
  5. Managing Alkimii.
  6. Carrying out training when required.
  7. Managing lost & found.
