We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accommodation Assistant to join our team and ensure that our rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are replenished as required.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail in inspecting rooms for any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Work collaboratively with the accommodation and housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Report lost property and any room discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Assist in laundry duties as needed.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used properly and stored securely.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or accommodation services is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Conducting Deep Cleans of rooms and hotel facilities.
