Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team. As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our business.

  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Liaise with sales and other departments to ensure accurate financial records and alignment between customer activity and financial data.
  • Process customer payments and credits accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Reconcile accounts and provide reporting on receivables, outstanding balances, and customer payment trends.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, finance, or customer-facing financial roles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and IT systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
