On behalf of my client, one of Ireland's leading food producers, I am recruiting for a Quality Manager. This 12-month contract role will cover a secondment within the organisation. Based on-site in North Dublin, the role will oversee food safety and quality management, leading a team of two in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food safety and quality systems, ensuring compliance with BRC standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead and prepare for BRC and customer audits, maintaining audit readiness at all times.
  • Provide strong leadership to the technical team, supporting their development and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, company, and customer food safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical or quality management role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in leading BRC audits and managing food safety compliance.
  • Previous experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
