Job Overview:

Our esteemed client, a recognised Construction Consultancy firm located in Dublin, is currently looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor. With over 30 years experience within the market they have a fantastic portfolio of projects across retail, office, hotel, leisure, and industrial sectors. Due to a strong order book for 2025/2026, they now require an ambitious Graduate to join their growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive building surveys, oversee dilapidation surveys, defect analysis, and due diligence reports alongside some project management.
  2. Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  3. Foster strong client relationships, contributing to business growth and new opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Must possess a Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  2. Ideally has an ambition of becoming chartered or is in the process of completing APC.
  3. Requires proven experience in a similar capacity, either in the UK or ROI.
