In deiner Mission blühst du auf, denn:
  • Du begleitest CRM-Projekte von der ersten Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden bist du verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Dynamics CE (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service und Field Service).
  • Du übernimmst sowohl Projektleitungs- als auch Teilprojekttätigkeiten und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg unserer CRM-Projekte bei.
  • Du berätst Kunden zu definierten Geschäftsprozessen und nutzt dabei das volle Potenzial von Dynamics 365 und der Microsoft-Technologieplattform.
  • Schulungen für Administratoren und Key-User gehören ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich wie die Leitung von Analyse-Workshops und die Unterstützung bei Funktions- und Abnahmetests.
Deine Skills? Mehr als interessant:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in einer CRM-Software, idealerweise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM bzw. 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten.
  • Persönlich gefallen uns besonders deine Kommunikationsstärke und deine hohe Analysefähigkeit sowie eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Teamfähigkeit.
