Job DescriptionWe're looking for an SMB New Logo Account Executive to join Procore's Sales team. In this role, you'll apply an understanding of Procore's products, sales methodology, processes, and prospecting techniques to acquire new small to mid-sized customers that can benefit from Procore's world-class project management tool for the construction industry. This position's primary function is new logo acquisition, where you'll grow revenue with new solution sales to our prospective leads. This includes following up on inbound leads, self prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
What you'll do:- Qualification and timely follow-up with new prospects from inbound leads generated by marketing or outbound cold calling.
- Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com.
- Develop and execute prospecting plans for territory development to establish rapport, build relationships, and create opportunities.
- Network and research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and execute discovery calls to identify business outcomes and alignment with Procore benefits.
- Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers (SEs) to demonstrate Procore's position as a leading construction software solution.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to communicate customer goals, pain points, and relevant information for smooth post-enrollment activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide reports on sales activities and projects.
- Increase knowledge of key competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by understanding prospect requirements.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
- Success in software sales within the SMB market, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience with a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
- Proven success in inside and outside sales models.
- Effective communication via telephone, email, and professional presentation over Zoom.
- Resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships.
- Proficiency in G Suite and online collaboration tools.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting.
Base pay range: €51,660 - €71,032 plus commissions, with estimated on-target earnings of €103,320 - €142,065. Role is eligible for Equity Compensation. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, education, and location.
