  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport, understand needs, and recommend mobile and broadband solutions.
  • Sales Delivery: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.

  • Store Operations: Support daily administrative tasks, stock control, data entry, and cash handling.
  • Product and Policy Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with eir offerings, promotions, and store policies.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed of competitor offerings.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Confidence engaging with customers; clear communication; positive, target-driven mindset; interest in mobile, broadband and tech.
  • Qualifications: 1–2 years retail or sales experience desirable; relevant life experience considered; strong customer focus and proactive attitude.
